Payment Procedure

We will send an email within 48 hours confirming your reservation and landing slot time. Once you

receive your email confirmation, please call Doreen at (352) 427-2400 with your credit card number, expiration date and 3 or 4 digit security code. If you receive Doreen's voice mail, you may, at your

option leave the information or ask for a call back. Credit cards will be charged 7 days prior to

the event and full payment will be refunded in the event of bad weather.

 The event is scheduled from 12:00 to 3:00, however we encourage everyone to come early and

enjoy as much food, music and fun as possible. We have landing time slots from 11:00 to 12:45. 

Please choose a first and secondary landing slot choice, we will confirm your slot by email.

If neither choice is available, we will email you the closest available landing slot.
