Jumbolair Aviation Estates can not be compared to any other residential aviation community and could not be duplicated for any amount of money. Jumbolair received FAA licensing 1984 and was the last private airport of it's size and proximity to a major city to be granted this privilege. Owners, Jeremy and Terri Jones-Thayer set off to create the perfect utopian community for their own family as well a small number of aviation enthusiast families who are willing to share their dream.
